Farewell Virgin Gorda, you were amazing!🥰Our month house-sitting in the British Virgin Islands was nothing short of incredible, one of the best house-sits ever! Bruno was a lovely companion, we lived in a beautiful house within a walking distance from the stunning Spring Bay, and we had a truck and kayaks in use for exploring the island.During the weeks in Virgin Gorda we adjusted to the relaxed, quiet island life with Bruno, and it felt a little sad to leave. But we’re trying not to worry too much, because the adventures in the Caribbean will continue for at least a few more weeks! Now we’re back in the Dominican Republic – compared to Virgin Gorda, there are a lot of people here, a lot of noise and everything, but I’m sure we’ll get used to it pretty quickly.The pics are from along our walks with Bruno and from the last kayaking trip along the coast 💚🐾

Sunday reel 2/25 🌴Highlights of the second week of the year included visiting the Baths and Devils Bay National Parks, famous for stunning granite bolders that form caves and natural pools. The natural beauty of Virgin Gorda truly is something special! The main sights of the island are the Baths National Park and the Devils Bay National Park. Together these two parks, right next to each other, form a natural environment of massive granite boulders, sandy beaches and short trails through lush vegetation 💚💙There is a wonderful coastal trail through the boulders that form caves, tunnels and pools within them – with the help of some ladders and ropes the guests can walk, climb and swim from the Devils Bay Beach to the Baths beach.
